I've been going through a lot of trial and error over the past 4 months with sending mail out to counties.

Trial, which we've already postponed once, is set for early March.

But they will be successful, because they then take action, they do something with what they learn, no matter how they learn in, school of hark knocks, trial and error, course, boot camp or mentoring.Now, if you believe one of the guides here on BP, the REIA group and this model should be avoided at all costs becausr, GASP, the REIA makes money from this.

Specifically, I used LinkedIn Sales Navigator (month trial) to connect with many local agents, wholesalers, investors, and various other REI professionals.

Typically it's the residence of the owner and you can then find the name.It's a little trial and error to get the best yield, but I have at the very least had some success. 

Don't believe they're free( might have free trials) bu they do get owner information so that might be your best shot.

There is a myriad of information available for every property even in the free trial version so you can get a great feel for the power of using this.It has information on the owner, property itself, mortgage, comparables, prior or current MLS listing information (the actual photos, description, DOM, etc), and more.  

He said I would have gotten more at trial but most of that would have gone to him in legal expenses ;-) and anyway, I had properties to buy, I didn't want to be stuck doing interrogatories and depositions. 

That being said I probably wouldn’t defend myself in a murder trial but I would in a eviction hearing because I’m not afraid to lose and know what to expect .
