Pinellas county has a cover sheet that includes categories for remedy sought, to check off like "monetary" or non monetary declaratory or injunctive relief, or punitive.  

I'd be concerned for the people who haven't lived there for five years and fall on hard times and need relief (I.E rent their unit).

The relief was very short lived when I discovered the transactions listed building numbers but no unit letters. 

Don't forget that the 1031 exchange also provides relief from depreciation recapture.  

I'm sure it's a huge sigh of relief.  

I've also read that new housing construction will be climbing back up to annual (1.5m per year) levels in the next few years, and this should, in part, provide some sales price relief. 

Outside of both units there is a drain for the relief valve which runs through the interior walls from right nearby where the incoming water shutoff valve is.

I have lived at this property, so I will be getting relief from capital gains. 

I've been involved with something similar, where the building being constructed was inadvertently expanded into the setback, and similar types of relief were required from the neighboring party.  

The deferral is typically for 12 months and I believe this 12 month payment relief loop hole allows you not count the payment on your DTI.
