I have no experience on ever using this technique but I was wondering has anyone tried this or are there any flaws in this logic?

Read up on both wholesaling and geographic farming techniques and work a "farm" area by looking at public filings like divorce, probate and notice of default.

Hi I went to the Toronto one and split the 300 with a friend and to be honest all it was for me was entertaining and I was picking up on their sales techniques and I am in sales so it was funny to hear it.

I'd love to do the BRRRR technique but I'm not sure I have the time to build a portfolio that way, At this point. 

I'd expect to find a hodgepodge of materials and techniques, and this is something I wouldnt even consider handling given your rehab budget and expected profit margin.  

The property taxes are paid up to date on all the lots I've found.I would like some ideas or techniques for approaching or mailing the land owners. 

The techniques of money laundering and mortgage fraud are continually evolving, and there is no way to provide anything of real permanence in regard to this compliance responsibility. 

Become the expert in that acquisition technique and build from there.Some people may be able to do a ton of things and be successful at everything.

You can still use similar techniques for quick gains on buy and holds, though.

May be I will find better buyers and may be I will use other investment techniques, not just wholesaling.
