HELOC which stands for HOME equity line of credit, is a consumer loan product that is supposed to be used for personal or household, not commercial purposes.

Once you get into triplexes and up, you are technically supposed to install those systems.

Very informative and gives an interesting look at investors' experience in this market.But courtesy first, my husband and I are "out"-out-of-state investors, looking for deals in NE and East of Downtown.For the past 3 months, we've been researching and submitting offers on properties to match the COMPS and rejected.Our budget is about $100K, stretching it to 120K for the right property + rehab.The problem is that we had to offer low-balls for the numbers to work, and then get rejected.It seems it's a narrow fit to BRRR, hence the cashflow is "on edge" here.Doesn't appreciation suppose to be the icing on the top?

Either way, I suppose it's a good idea. 

Is there a place that I'm supposed to be looking up the details like taxes, hoa, photos, etc that is understood amongst each other?

I've thought of that, I suppose it couldn't hurt to ask.

The Company was supposed to pay the new rent amount by January of 2024 but my mom hasn’t seen a dollar of it.

This home is supposed to go in market this week but they said that last week.
