The investors that are buying into this development are very quality high and once the builder is out and the homeowners over the HOA, it will be a really well run system.

@Seth Mattox it can be done from a distance, but I think the quality of service will be sub-par and it will take a lot of extra effort.

I would say the quality of life here is high and so are the rents.

Once a tenant decides they like your property, it can take a little longer than a traditional rental because Section 8 requires a property inspection to ensure it meets their housing quality standards.

They are also playing games with prices, claiming that some increases are due to increased quality, so no actual inflation.
