This particular area in our market doesn't have cheaper 3 bedroom 2 bathroom homes so there's a nice sweet spot in the market.

Areas with a healthy balance of supply and demand will have more motivated sellers and active buyers.Consider Price Points: Target markets where homes are priced in the sweet spot for investors, often between $100k and $300k.

Some bright spots, but not likely to see appreciation that you see in other markets.

BRRRR is a grind and you can't do it using Zillow and email.here's what you will have to do to be successful:-you will have to find the sweet spot BRRRR deal - a house that is distressed enough for the seller to sell below market, but not so distressed that the rehab is impossible. these deals aren't on the MLS, and they are tough to find. how will you find one?
