It sounds like the reverse mortgage company is offering a path for you to buy it - which is more than they have to do.  

This will give you one critical piece of information, that it may take X days to get an offer and sell, and the second item will give you what your competition is right now.

We try to offer a winter promotion of $200 off the first few winter months then make the lease 14-16 months so that the lease end date is not in the winter again!

Even Northwest has alot of development going in, and the 303 is offering good support to connect freeway access over there. 

If you really want to get rid of them, sweeten the pot by offering to return their deposit after you verify the unit is empty with no damages. 

I got no other offers in the 45 days it was listed.
