Potential rehab costs outweighing sticker prices.

Frankly, I had sticker shock w the cost of insurance here compared to CO but she got me what I believe to be a good rate from Lloyds of London, even though I have property very near the water.

One of our homes even had a sticker on it "cannot be occupied" by the city.

Money has become much more expensive lately, so cash flow on purchases here with the current sticker prices is pretty difficult!

This actually might be a good way to avoid the sticker shock of a big rent hike and possibly prevent the tenants from retaliating and trashing the place.

I contract out a large part of my business, and it seems a bit illogical to not contract this out...I guess I was just sticker shocked with the last year cost when compared to previous years of half that.
