Please remember to buy an extra box or two of the LVP so that you can do spot repairs if needed!!

If you paid like 750k or 1 million that could put you in a bad spot if tenant wants to own the dirt rather than lease.   

Will it have some impact - I am sure it will but it will have its ebbs and flows and settle into a spot that probably impacts homeowners more than investorsJust my 2 cents

Do a Google search for any market, and these guys rarely rank in the top 3 spots. 

If you can access all/virtually all of the plumbing, you can either patch the bad spot or if the plumbing is old and dilapidated you'd be changing it anyway so it won't matter. 

I've had some family friends invest there to use later in life as a retirement spot.

Trees can't grow to the sky hahaThose several towns you mentioned - as both a buyer looking for a place to live several months out of the year and then turn into a rental for the unused months - are good spots for exactly that, correct?

Or it could be water from another source like the sink or shower, but that's less likely because it would have to travel to that spot and then run through.I'm sure your plumber will have no problem identifying the source and fixing it.
