Unless you are planning on investing in your back yard and have extra time to spend, getting a good PM is very important.  

While an LLC offers liability protection, it does not change how taxes are reported unless treated as a partnership or corporation.

If it wasn't housing, food, or transportation, I didn't spend money on it. 

Yes I spend time in Florida on a regular basis. 

Virtual offices in Spain usually include a professional fiscal and commercial address specifically designed to meet legal requirements and protect your personal assets.

At the same time, they have heard from communities and citizens negatively impacted from STRs and want to "protect the sanctity and right of owners and residents" in their communities. 

Spend the time, make the effort, and (hopefully) reap the rewards.
