I’ve been a Graphic Designer and photographer for a few decades, but I’ve been soul searching for the next chapter in my life.

Tons of development and all of the "cool" spots are migrating to this area, especially as downtown and Rainey get the soul drained out of them by generic high-rises. 

Although I probably would have because it is seen as a big accomplishment in my family and I was the first college grad on my dads side of the family and the second on my moms side.Do some soul searching through your motivations, and good luck in your decision making!

However, I think it's important (to point out to the newbies) to recognize that the idea of "not working" (manual labor wise) is a relatively new concept in the human scheme of things, and I firmly believe hard work is good for the soul.

They are borrowing, maxing out credit cards, selling their soul to get a house just so they will get back 8k.

I don't want to leave out a personal thank you to a single soul.

Nature is beautiful, comforting, relaxing, and soothing to my soul.
