Not sure what their motive could be to make this this difficult.It would be great if someone there could step up and fix this so I can sing their praise. 

I see that the city of Orlando allows you to airbnb your rooms (with some rules and registration), but I am referring to renting out your additional rooms based on a longer term lease with a singed contract.Is this allowed?

Should I call them Mobile homes or Singe Family Homes. 

I sing for a band and talk in front of people often.

This is never a good situation.. what you can do is to work with her and tell her that she is equally laible and has singed a legal document that can be held in court of law... she should just pay her part of the lease value to get out... i would consider giving her some relaxation on payment to motivate her to pay, rather than going into a legal battle... then you can renegotiate with the other tenant if he is still staying there... eviction of course is the last resort and yiu can do it since one of the tenants have brwached the lease, which legally puts both ofvthem at breach, but eviction process is rarely landlord friendly and some tenants know this already...

Spare no expense to make the pictures sing to your prospects.

In researching other properties that were booked in my area- most were snapped up when an owner occupant advertised a singe-room in their house and could do for much lower than made financial sense for us.
