Like different tenants moving in and out each semester? 

I usually take out the max I can per semester as a refund to help offset living/food costs.

I am about to finish the first semester of my sophomore year of college at a big public university in a college town.

I am still in college (will have 2.5 years completed by the end of this semester) and I essentially get paid to attend the business school of a top 25 university. 

We rent to a good chunk of college kids between December and January at the turn of the semester to kids starting in Spring.

Working towards having the work done by early next week so I can get students settled in for the fall semester.

Before starting my last semester of school, I listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad multiple times during a solo road trip across the U.S. and changed my mind 180 degrees to doing wholesale and investing.Would love to link up wholesalers and investors in Sacramento and Bay area! 

Hi @Brad Fletcher - 43607 isn't a bad place to invest, I owned houses around there back in 2010 but never got into the whole college "salmon run" concept (you have a TON of applicants nearing the end of Spring semester and if you go vacant in November you're screwed till the following end of Spring semester).Several BP members here specialize in that zip code, they will definitely be able to advise about that area.

next semester i am planning on doing an independent study with my finance professor about real estate investing and finance. does anyone know of any good books/text books that i could use as the foundation for this course?
