Repaint exteriorShould do's Complete rewire from 100 amp service with tube main breakers to modern 200 amp service.Replace old 1950's windows that are cheap aluminum balanced or wood channels that have been pained shut, but at the front of the lot near the road in the front corner of the property.

I just finished doing a really good paint job on the whole house , and feel if they leave in a year its going to leave 4 massive holes in the ceiling which will need to be filled and now the whole ceiling will need repainting

We tiled the bathrooms and kitchens, replaced two missing compressors, repainted and repaired various drywall and carpentry issues and refinished the hard wood floors that were under carpet when we bought the place and we fenced in the back yard.

Quick update on our live in flip project:  Unfortunately we discovered some water damage due to a faulty grout job in the downstairs bathroom surround, so we've had to regrout, replace drywall and trim, and repaint in the downstairs this past week.
