I understand that we had a mutual agreement to put blinds up in lieu of rent decrease to cover those costs early on in your lease, but it seems as though those blinds didn't stay with the property.We had to hire a cleaner to clean: the refrigerator (inside, on top of, and underneath), the inside of the oven, shelves in the kitchen cabinets, tile in the shower still had hairs on them, windows, and all of the hardwoods needed mopped.

@Sohil Shah it could be low on refrigerant, which would only be noticed when it gets really hot.

If they’re complaining about something that actually went wrong, like the refrigerator broke, then I instruct my assistants to very politely respond & admit to the issue and state that we fixed it right away and we are sorry for the discomfort that it caused this guestIf it’s a scathing review about things that they made up or they’re just being overly picky, sometimes I will just write a one liner like “Lol, I have 500 5-star reviews but clearly nothing will make this person happy”

The oven dishwasher refrigerator and microwave were all cleansed prior to leaving the home.  all nail holes from pictures or mirrors were spackled and painted.

Typically, the refrigerator, stove, above stove microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, and water heater are on independent circuits, to name a few.

Ranges and Refrigerators last a very long time.

We net about $1,200 each month, just renovated one of the units, and the only maintenance calls we've had were for a refrigerator that we ended up replacing last month.  

I have had to replace refrigerators after about 8 years.
