Thank you for taking the time to answer some of my questions directly.Not to derail this discussion too much but I have to say I agree in large part to your approach but I would have to say it is more situational that what I think you promote.

I would highly recommend using one of the Providers on here (I use @Dmitriy Fomichenko and have been very happy with his services) , they are not directly allowed to promote themselves on here, but just look at the signature lines and you can tell who they are.

Hi @Ying Lan,Thanks for posting in the forums.However, we do not allow self-promotion, and posts looking for real estate agents tend to generate a lot of self-promotion from the agents on the site.We've locked this thread so it doesn't get filled with these posts.

When I was younger, I had promotions and job re-location, and that's a sore point for me if the landlord grabs my raise for having to move to a better job.

Open windows let in road dirt, dust and allergens that settle in your home and never leave and in doing so, promote health problems that go improperly treated for years.

I understand it will require a leap of faith on your part but [look into his eyes here from half a foot distance, and grab his shoulder and rub it uncomfortably and squeeze his muscle tightly and say] if you stick with me, I promise you I will become a relentless force in the investing world and we WILL make money.. ... while for the next 4 seconds (FOUR, not 3, not 5, but 4) you keep staring into his eyes (from half a foot apart), noses almost touching.It worked for me Do this.

Self-promotion is not allowed in our forums, which includes links to your AirBnB listings, blog, website, contact information, etc.There is only one place we allow this sort of post, and that's in the Marketplace Forum.

Although there are many properties promoted towards investors, they are often vacant.
