No one can predict the future.

I have never seen Zillow being able to accurately predict the future appreciation of properties, although the past appreciation does seem pretty reliable. 

Future DemandWhile no one can accurately predict the future, you can infer what a market is likely to do by looking at current and recent trends.

Yes market is at a peak and it will fluctuate but you can't go back and buy at a lower price and you can't predict the future.
