@Duane WardCreate some listings online for different sized units at different prices and gauge the demand by the calls and the quality of the callers (they have enough income and can provide the first month rent, security etc.).

One of the callers told me he got my info from it going out on Experian when they ran my credit check. 

It's a numbers game, use all the money to get leads and on the tools to help you get leads (dialers, driving app, database, flyers, posters, ads, cold-callers, door hangers, door knockers etc.)Good luck.

@Miguel Oliviera you can port in as many other numbers as you like, the challenge is that you can (AFAIK) only have one outgoing caller ID linked to your account at once.
