Getting Started Wholesaling / Mentorship Ideas
Hey community,
Newbie here! I was looking for advice on transitioning my path into Real Estate. I have been in the cold-calling game for three+ years now for SaaS Enterprise companies (see Linkedin experience) and am very comfortable on the phone. My thought process is to use my calling/analyzing skills in wholesaling or cold-calling in exchange for coaching/mentoring. Perhaps through ringing property owners via tax records etc., for a flipper.
Any input or business owners looking for a hardworking / easy-to-train caller? I think there would be some reciprocity for both of us. Feel free to message me on here or Linkedin.
I appreciate any help you can provide!
