I then left him with the advice to try and find a realtor and maybe market it himself on craigslist but to beware because that is where newbie investors that don't have a pot to you know what in go to search for their first deal so he will likely get a lot of calls from people that can't really close or have no clue what they are doing.I just wanted to help the guy out and build some trust in case he changes his mind later on down the road.
