I am at significant loss on this investment , and haven't been able to get it properly cash flowing since I bought it in Dec 2014.I have approached them and attempted to negotiate a payment plan, but got the royal FU.They are a family of 5, she claims to have major health problems, surgery etc, claims to be homeless as a result of the eviction etc.- difficult for me to assess the accuracy of these claims.My dilemma is obvious and I am sure many of you have faced similar:1.

Well, I think I'm qualified to respond on a number of levels.In 2009 I had heart attack, emergency heart surgery to repair a ruptured aorta, massive stroke, coma, paralysis, etc.

Nice rehab, curb appeal by planting grass on the small front yard, perennial ryes and fescues in virginia , we use plastic shutters here, cheap but effective. 3/1 it is what it is.

Attorneys can often do anything, I guess some might think they can do surgery, but unless they are an RMLO, they can't just sit there and originate financing agreements in owner occupied transactions like they use to with a CFD.
