I would have to agree with this - appraisals are no exemption to the general inflation/rising costs of the past few year s- $750 is hardly outrageous and investing in non-warrantable condos and with HOA restrictions is always going to have a risk for hiccups

The Landlord will verify that the rental is empty of all personal belongings and trash and that there is no damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. 

Ask your employer if you can have your pay split up into three deposits, one to investments savings, one to your checking account for personal use on a daily basis, and one to an emergency account you can tap into so you don't have to tap into your investment savings.

Another popular option is AgFirst but I personally have had a hard time getting responses from them.

If you feel the need for in-person mentorship, reach out to prominent local investors and try and strike a deal to learn from them.

I would spend money to enhance and update to current standards the search functionality and person to person tagging so it's easier to find stuff.

Of course most GPs have personally put in money to keep the deals from sinking.

lots can go into this somewhat simple question and most of it is personal preference.- you'll want to define "best", and what that looks like for you as a success.- How much money do you have to spend?
