It has worked out for me, but I'm wondering if anyone else has another person they trust that I can float other, similar tasks to?

What types of IRS/CPA approved payments are working well for rents to LLC entities to keep personal and business funds from co-mingling? 

After hearing about, and personally encountering some horror stories of disagreements between homeowners and contractors, I am wanting to establish a clear contract to use with a new general contractor. 

What I personally do is link the working entities with my holding which is also based in Spain.

I say "may" because while I have read about this in several places, I have not personally verified this to be true.I usually pay contractors by check the minute the work is finished and approved.
