The person that solves the problems in life is the person with the vision and fortitude to see it and make it happen.

Yessir, I would simply make the best "next right move" you can and then reassess, check your vision and goals, then take the next right move.For my money, I'd start with doing a house-hack, then move from there in a year to the next right thing :) 

Personally with my brokerage I focus on vision, leadership, and mentorship and leave the whirling doodads and moderately-useful-tech-gimmicks to the brokers who are also clubbing themselves over the head with split-cuts. 

I got that from my late dad and we're trying to sell it for more that 15 years now, we already have a another buyer until December but we don't have a clear vision yet if it's going to sell.

It won't be comfortable to execute this, but it WILL work. 1) MINDSET - work on your confidence, vision, goals, as well as monthly, weekly, and daily plans.
