Hello Everyone, this is my first post here.I just finished my BCom in Real Estate last year and i have been working for 6 months, i have a passion for RE investment, now, i want to start my investment and between buying a multi family residential and building, which one is best?

Once my eyes were open to this about a month ago, it has quickly become a passion of mine.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.I’m extremely passionate about buying real estate.

My partner has a steady job and indulges my lifelong passion for passive income. 

I commend you both for getting out and following a passion for something that doesn't start with multiplayer or have a remote with it.I personally do not think it is ever to early to start learning anything and interning is another form of education.

And I'm a tired landlord, I still have a passion and still want to do real estate..

Hope this sparks some intellectual and justifiable direction as I know this is a passionate topic!

If you need that kind of performance as an agent, you may want to decide if selling houses is your real passion or you should get into a field where you need to make up clock cycles on some highly graphic intensive project.

Although I’d admire your due diligence, and your passion and go getter attitude.

New construction is my latest passion..My recommendation to anyone getting started is to consider a house hack, if you are young and don't mind living in a duplex.
