Hence, we are knocking houses down at a record pace because the ones in really tough shape are never sold. 

I’m on pace to have 6 or 7 by next year including one paid off.  

We are both wanting a slower, less chaotic pace of life and are finally ready to take steps towards real estate investing in the Boise area.

Bank has its own agenda even you want to bring bag of $100 bills with 24 hr COE.

Their degree programs are self-pace which means you finish your degree depending how much you commit to it.

If looking for a short-term (under 5 years) return that far out-paces the rest of the county, I don't know how likely that will be, but I'm still optimistic.My 2 cents.
