Build a local network and stay organized to do deals remotely.

The squatters threatened the landscape  personnel who were simply trimming trees which were objectively hazardous.  

Assuming these are legitimate offices, this seems like a good size organization.

Does this process not set off any red flags since you’re effectively refinancing into an objectively less favorable “rate and term" (you’re probably refinancing from a 0% loan into a ~4% loan)?

Remember, no system is perfect, so avoid the temptation of constantly chasing after the next shiny object.

I’ll begin by saying I have no objective data to support my opinion, but I do have some subjective data, so take it for what it’s worth.I think the trouble is pretty widespread, particularly among newer syndicators (defining that by less than 10 years in the business, so never having survived an adverse cycle).

We need to get more involved and get better organized at pushing our agenda.
