I have done a few flips in smaller communities that decide to flex their muscles with an outlander. 

Prospects will not be able to tell if it was mass produced or done in house, and the authenticity helps build trust.

Im originally a Mass boy myself. 

The politicians wanted to pretend to be the savior to the masses and they inflated the numbers so when things clear up, they can look like heroes. 

Recently I have seen videos that texting or mass texting to potential sellers is now illegal.

But neither the glass attraction nor high-altitude yoga classes apparently were enough to bring in the masses.

The reason for this is when you give instructions you stop people's potential to grow because they don't exercise the muscle needed for people to think for themselves .One of the most difficult things to do as a leader is is to stop yourself from giving solutions whenever your team has a question or problem.
