Impact investing in real estate in Oregon and Prefab wood homes

Hello
Oregon leads the nation in lumber production and in developing a mass timber industry - more info on mass timber in Oregon here https://oregonforests.org/mass...

Are others seeing growing in interest prefab and in "impact" investing in real estate? As manufacturers of prefab wooden buildings, we are seeing growing interest in prefab due to the shortage of builders and in green building by impact investors. Oregon seems like the ideal location for these trends to converge. Are others seeing this same convergence?  The attached photo is of an award-winning prefab mass timber building in Portland - more info on the building here.
