Something I have to remind myself pretty consistently (I like to buy stuff for my truck) ;)  is anything you acquire in RE or life is it a asset or a liability?

Guys does anyone have a standard lease or ideas on truck parking for lease.

I think the same way, just today my friend was telling me about his new leased pickup that only $425 a month to lease compared to the $700 a month to buy it and the whole time I was thinking instead of buying a new $50k truck, or even worse leasing a new truck I could take that money and make $425 a month in cashflow.  

Materials sitting in the back of a pickup truck aren't part of the building and therefore can't be part of the security.

We both work full-time, she in a white-collar field and I am in the trucking business (one truck operation :)

If you are old, do not buy a small new hatch; that makes you look cheap and broke.I drive have two pickups, a Ranger that is my workshop that I roll around in most days, and a late model F250 white work truck for when I'm seeing contractors.

(no, not THAT kind of grass....)I have an end unit rowhome that will be up for rental shortly that has about 2 feet between it's exterior side wall and the tall chain link fence for a truck depot facility that is down behind it.  

Also you should consider all of the other companies that will set up shop close by that support building the Ford F-150 truck.
