I recently received a deal that I’m very interested in Pine Hills.

I can think of @Travis Sperr of Pine Financial in CO and MN who help do this.

In need of a Contractor ASAP, just started a BRRRR on a Triplex in Tulsa (Pine & Lewis area) and the contractor has disappeared from the face of the earth.

I’ve been browsing the MLS mainly and a very common one that comes up is the Pine Hills area.

There are several ski slopes (Bretton Woods, Cannon, Loon, King Pine, Crawford, Wildcat, Attitash) which keep everyone there in the winter, and the hiking trails keep everyone there in the other seasons.SG

The areas we are currently looking at are:- Gunstock Mountain- King Pine- Ragged Mountain- SunapeeI was hoping for this post to help us out getting started with the proces:- Is there anybody out there who did something similar?

That being said, here's what I've seen as the less desirable areas:-Between Jerome ave and Stafford ave (north of route 6)-South east Bristol between Lake ave and Birch St south of Pine St -N.
