I was the designated ADA Coordinator for the hospital and served as the hospital representative on a community wide committee for " Emergency Preparedness for People with Disabilities and the Elderly" where we promoted how to shelter in place in the event of a natural disaster.

I'm aware of ADA guidelines, and don't have a problem with service animals.I have a problem when people outright lie to me and I have a tendency to make things a little personal so I want to make sure I'm being fair since in the past I have been a little "lax" so to speak on this tenant/property in the past.Just curious what some of you would do-or if you've had a similar situation.

@Bradley Bogdan had some threads with a LOT of details in the past, so using the search BP function would be recommended.also if you go for seniors as customers, please remember to be ADA compliant. or look for the non-profits in your area already doing that. you just provide them approved housing stock.and read again what @Patti wrote: you cannot discriminate, not matter how good intentions....
