@Paul SandhuI've heard of that strategy but my husband is averse to it... he's risk averse to a lot of stuff but it balances my Ready, Fire, Aim mentality.

It has lots of hospitals : Kaiser, Sutter, UC Davis, dignity health 20 -25 mins away.

I'd look for the current status of the property's inspections, such as the fire marshal, the health department, social services, etc. - as well as checking with the local municipality for any building or zoning infractions.

Emotional support letters are from health care professionals such as therapist, social worker, member of peer support group, parent or child.

This also allows you to buy life insurance at your early age in better health than you will likely be in the future.
