Dont complain to me , call your local politician or state rep , and the electric company . 

If you are an agent and local you should be able to scout the areas.

Someone local who has familiarity with this would be your best person to give you the information you requested.

Another trick from investers I’ve worked with is chatting up folks at local meetups who’ve recently navigated the same municipality.. they’re often happy to share how fast or slow things move.

Unfortunately.. locals will still be upset either way.

Never lend far from home.If you don’t have enough money to lend locally in first position, you don’t have enough money to lend.

Find local meetups, rub elbows with other investors, find out what they need, and then find a way to meet that need.For example, maybe an investor is growing fast and struggling to keep up with inspections.

Your team can stay local.  

I believe it to be a little Southern California hidden treasure for cashflow, mainly class C but if you know what you are doing its a really good option to invest locally in CA with decent returns.
