There is nothing you can do about a eviction or midnight run vacancy but a controlled vacancy such as letting a tenant leave over a rent increase should be a cake walk and never create a vacancy.Come on guys man up and ratchet up your business from the amateur bush leagues that this business has a reputation for to the professional level.

The contractors they use to deliver and remove the old appliances are bush league and endless excuses.
