3) How would you rate the neighborhoods around the intersection of E. 

What’s the closest north south street intersection?

I live in Florida and when I look at the two different areas for Tax Lein and Tax Deeds they seem to intersect. 

I finally found a four-plex around South hull area , intersection E edgemont Ave and wilmington road. 

That area has grown tremendously and it’s location is ideal being intersected with Slauson, La cienega etc  how did you come up with so much cash as a DP?

I’m the “Bay” streets starting at the intersection of Shore Dr and Ocean View Ave. 

I have not done any study, my recommendation is strickly based on my knowledge of the town but you should be looking for houses as close as possible to the 630/430 intersection (west of John Borrow and north of 36th st), it appears (to me) to be the cleanest area.

This will tell you which roads to focus on (they will be mostly interstatesand county roads).Spacing Between Signs: The federal ordinance requires that there should be at least 250 feet of spacebetween a proposed sign location and any other existing billboards (or 500 feetspacing from at-grade intersections), so check the neighboring properties to see if there are any existing billboards already there.In a lot of states, there will be more restrictivespacing requirements than the federal ordinance, and many cities will be even morerestrictive than the state.

The only thing I can state for certain is that I'd likely pay a little less for it than others in the neighborhood because Catalina is the primary way in so you'll have more traffic at the intersection of Koloa than in other parts of the neighborhood. 

Can someone tell me what neighborhoods/intersections in the Bronx are hot right now, or have the potential to become the next Bed Stuy?
