Use this site, go to local investor events, and start interacting with others who are doing what you are doing, and others affiliated.You'll start to make contacts who can give you the inside word on REOs, foreclosures, and other deals that are out there.

While that's all well and good, rarely, if ever, do they then actively participate on the site and give back to the community OR interact and do business with others on the site.

As I gain knowledge, I'm sure that percentage will climb.I look forward to interacting with you and others on this site.
