Jason - The reason I own a parcel is because my initial intent was to build a single family LTR and unfortunately I signed a build contract with a builder that I relied on a turnkey provider to vet. 

I was initially told from others I talked with on the subject that it is very complex structure for a single property portfolio and overkill.

I don't see any reply in this thread as to whether Kenny actually has made money and recovered his initial investment. 

Once the initial 3-month learning period ends, you're essentially on your own unless you can continue to afford the $500 monthly fee.

He posted a copy of a screenshot claiming that I didn't initiate a refund request to the attorney general.

My initial idea was just to buy a piece of land and get that paid off and then take out a loan to build a small house on.

I also know the zoning/permits better than the appraiser on some of them because if they passed initial evaluation I looked up the zoning and permits. 

I understand my role should include more than raising the initial equity investment and continue throughout the holding period and disposition.Here are my questions:Is Number 3 (from above) a good idea to create anonymity for investors?

10/16/24 - Update:I finally reached out to our HD contact (Brian) and he initiated the process on October 18th by forwarding my email to an internal contact and requesting the upgrade.
