Unless you have a vast network/sphere of influence to keep you afloat, making money being an agent can be really tough and you can literally go months without a paycheck.If you want to be licensed and learn it while you have a W2 job that's different.  

If so, where/how did you find distressed and motivated sellers that were willing to do those deals? 

Stands to reason their motivation to sell with minimal hassle is high at that point in time.

I’m looking to meet people who are motivated and want to move forward.

@Gino Barbaro I would love to be able to take you up on that offer, but I am moving to Europe for my next duty station in March but I will continue to follow Jake & Gino over seas to stay motivated and in the game!

After all, who is the most motivated seller in any market?

We are both motivated, but seems like there are too many options to choose from, I feel like storage for boats/cars/RV’s is my end game, so I can spend my days fishing lol!

Hey Kevin,I'm not sure what your motivation for transferring the property to your LLC was, but if that's no longer an option creating a land trust like mentioned by Account Closed shouldn't cause any problems with your bank. 

However, they bring time-tested methods and valuable experience to the table.Younger Investors: They’re often viewed as energetic, motivated, and quick to embrace new technology.

And at the end of the day, a cohort of people who will motivate one another and hold each other accountable to their goals on a weekly or monthly basis.
