And to beginners who are just starting out, here's my advice: start by immersing in the community.

Time to change roles and own something for once.And I want to be fully immersed in this game -- wholesaling, flips, fixer-uppers, multi-family, the list goes.

Immerse yourself in everything on this site and learn as much as you can.

I've been really immersing myself in the forums and literature available on BP.

I've been immersing myself in research and reading and haven't spent time on my typical distractions. 

I understand knowing the market you're investing in is extremely important, but I believe with our connections and during our time in each location, we have the ability to immerse ourselves in each market and learn about the area.We would like to get started sooner than later, but just put a lot of our resources into our current house.

I look forward to building relationships here and further immersing myself within the community.
