Apologies in advance for my absolute ignorance with this stuff.1) We plan to purchase all cash in our names then transfer the property into an LLC that we haven't created yet, less for liability and more for tax purposes (our accountant vaguely suggested we should start an LLC that does really anything so that we are able to write off more home office, travel and equipment expenses that we can no longer do since recent tax changes).

Flooring I find that most of what I can / want to do has already been learned but I find that YouTube is helpful as are owner / equipment manuals as well as family resources for knowledge and lastly, this website BiggerPockets has been an enormous resource for myself in regards to the business side of management.

But I would be circumspect about how I requested the records (need them for personal research project), how the information appeared when disseminated (all indications that it came from the State would be removed), and how I phrased my interactions with property owner's who were identified through use of public records (I'd never mention that the owner's identity or address was obtained from the State or County, only that obtained the information legally at considerable cost).
