In my experience, there are some parks that allow investors to do business in their parks and others that only allow homeowners to live in the homes in their communities.

Unless the home seller / buyer has extensive experience in real estate THE HOMEOWNER SHOULD NOT DO ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION UNLESS HE UTILIZES THE SERVICES OF AN EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY.

Quite a few tenants are rough on homes, but so are some home owners.
