Perhaps I would be open to new cities beyond where I currently own.But I would definitely restrict my investments to states and communities that have democratic governors that take corona virus seriously and which have the most stringent rules in place to combat the spread of the virus. 

I've written North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper's office with my complain against Xpress Loans 911 LLC and asked that office for clarification, review, and enforcement as they see fit.

The Hawaii governor has also blamed STR's on the housing shortage which I don't fully believe but it's made it's citizens which creates it's own problems.

The bills seek to extend the current MA eviction Moratorium by 1 year AFTER the governor declares the State of Emergency Over.
