I have my doubts that anyone reaches that plateau & can only assume your $200 monthly license fee continues until you reach that or quit the program but these are just assumptions at this point as I decided this was not the opportunity for me.love it split 1 million..

looking at the website 1 to 50 mil deals and for a REAL lender not a fake lender.10k due diligence on a large deal is pretty standard stuff.. but what i would caution you on is thismake sure before you go down this road that you are realistic about your ability to get multi million dollar loans.the main thing is there is going to need to be real equity in the form of cash .. 

No different than any of the other late night infomercials for generations selling how anyone can make millions doing little to nothing with little to nothing.....
