The house was listed as a 2 bed 1 bath with 1150 square feet.

Weeds were 3 feet high, fences and railings falling over, wood rotting out, roof with moss peeling back the roof to allow in water.

Since I'm a complete novice, I'm looking for SFH or small MF, preferably turn key with good cash flow to get my feet wet (also open to light renovations).

Seasonality is not an issue as this is a year-round market.

In the 3.7 feet wall in the square nook is a window that goes pretty close to the floor and an air vent so I can't put anything there.

Stowe is more expensive, but commands a higher nightly rate and Stowe is busy year round, with the slow seasons being only November and April. 

I would love to meet in persob for coffee or a round a golf, but happy to do phone call or zoom as well!
