If you’re in a hurry to find a deal fast then you might be going at it with too much desperation that a seller can feel and get nervous about.P.S I am a direct buyer or not a Whole Seller.

I feel like right now is one of the hardest times to find deals, but I still want to start asap and go slow and steady, with a long term plan.

For example Delaware has additional default rights and processes that an investor can follow if they feel they are not getting old books and records.
