Use of these entities in this manner allows for matching foreign tax credits, and when the money is brought back to Canada, you essentially pay income taxes at your personal rate.  

3) If I were to create a rental agreement essentially leasing my Home office space to any or all of these LLCs, can each of these LLC's have a separate Rental agreement with same residence ?

If the quote they gave you is essentially a to do list, find a handyperson who is capable of doing the things on that list and ask them for a quote.

The way I read this, if you meet the setback requirements, you can have essentially a duplex on any lot in Colorado. 

Essentially whatever cash flows after keeping aside money for repairs/etc.

Essentially your business is your lender. 

They just handle the paperwork/administration of the deal essentially.
