Working for someone else and in the rat race...Growing up I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur and the more I’ve learned about real estate through books, classes, and podcast I think real estate is the is the direction I’d like to go with my entrepreneurial mind.

If I needed things done I would just give instructions and it would get done.

A little about me: Currently instructing Calculus, transitioning to an MBA program in the fall.

We get to make a custom curriculum for our daughter that allows her spirit and passion to shine, and I get to teach her how to think like an entrepreneur instead of letting her be taught how to become a good worker.

One judge would do all he could to overturn tax sale cases, even instructing the seller's attorney on how to overturn the sale and what to say.

To answer the question, you should hang your license with a brokerage that understands any true entrepreneur will not stay in one career forever and has a plan of action to assist you in making the transition from behind the desk to real estate.
