From my research, seems like healthcare is one of the largest employers in San Antonio.

Quickly becoming more expensive than national housing average, the areas closest to major employers and the airport are in the 600-700s easily now. 

The next person is well employed with a lower credit score and is accepted.

Do the tenants have stable employment?

It's only going to get worse as the disposable income gets tighter and if there is any change to employment.  

Columbus is also home to OSU, which constantly develops real estate, employs lots of jobs, and attracts students from the US and internationally to attend.

I've stayed in properties that offer a small selection of drinks or cheeses from local farms but have never seen it scaled to other aspects of the property.I'm wondering if any STR investors out there employ a similar arrangement?
