Population is growing aggressively and jobs are moving here especially with major employers like Intel, Google, Amazon, Nationwide, etc.

But if I were to try and find another place of employment that pays me more, would that hinder me when it comes to qualifying?

I've recently started using Intellirent.com for screening, as it further automates the reference checks (only works perfectly if the employers and former landlords respond), but it includes an authorization form (electronically signed by the applicant) that you can download.

That does not mean that pay stubs and tax returns are the only way to prove ATR fir example bank statement loans for the self employed is a method to verify ATR. 

Would your employment continue as a W2?  

My son self employed in the building trades and does well and Collage definitely helped him with setting up his construction business.

But it does have to be investment real estate.There is an allure in the thought of taking money out of real estate and placing it in "safer" investments.
